Terms & Conditions
By booking a trip with Wake n Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the registration amount.
The registration/booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full payment must be completed within the timeline communicated before departure.
2. Travel & Accommodation
Standard hotel check-in time is 11:00 AM–12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM–11:00 AM (subject to property policy).
Accommodation will be provided on double, triple, or quad sharing basis as per the selected package.
Vehicles are provided strictly as per itinerary and are not at disposal.
AC may not function in hilly terrains.
3. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, roadblocks, government orders, or unforeseen operational challenges.
Wake n Travel reserves the right to modify routes, stays, or schedules in the interest of safety and smooth execution.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants must carry valid government-issued ID proof.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Any damage to property, vehicles, or equipment caused by the participant will be chargeable.
Misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of local laws may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
5. Health & Safety
Travelers must disclose any medical conditions before booking.
High-altitude trips require physical fitness; participation is at the traveler’s own risk.
Wake n Travel is not liable for illness, injury, accident, or loss during the trip.
6. Force Majeure
Wake n Travel shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or alterations caused by natural disasters, landslides, weather conditions, political unrest, transport breakdowns, or any events beyond our control.
7. Media Usage
Wake n Travel may capture photos and videos during trips for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in media must inform the trip leader in advance.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office location.
