Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wake n Travel, all our group departures require advance bookings for accommodations, transportation, permits, and operational logistics. We request all participants to carefully review our cancellation terms before confirming their booking.

1. Booking Amount

  • The initial booking/registration amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • No refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations.

2. Cancellation Policy

Refunds (excluding the non-refundable booking amount) will be processed as per the following structure:

  • Cancellation 15 days or more before departure: 0% deduction (excluding booking amount)

  • Cancellation between 15 to 7 days before departure: 50% deduction

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund

3. Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be completed 7 days prior to departure or during the induction/briefing session (whichever is earlier).

  • Failure to complete pending payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the booking amount will remain non-refundable.

4. No Refund Situations

No refunds or discounts shall be made for:

  • Unused inclusions or services

  • Late arrival or early departure

  • Voluntary or involuntary trip termination

  • Illness, accidents, or personal emergencies

  • Mid-trip dropouts

If a participant leaves the trip midway, Wake n Travel will not be responsible for any refund. Additional expenses for return arrangements must be borne by the participant.

5. Force Majeure

Wake n Travel shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, landslides, roadblocks, political closures, government restrictions, mechanical breakdowns, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, no refund or compensation shall be applicable for the amount already deposited.

6. Cancellation Procedure

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via official email only.

  • Cancellations via phone call, WhatsApp, or verbal communication will not be considered valid.

7. Participant Replacement

  • Replacement of a participant is allowed up to 7 days prior to departure, subject to full payment.

  • Transport tickets (Volvo/Train/Flight) once issued are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Trip Cancellation by Wake n Travel

Wake n Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to operational or safety reasons. In such cases, alternative departures or credit notes may be offered based on recoverable operational costs.
